Separated sheets of exercises

I think those sheets are called worksheets.

Note the spelling of exercises

But those sheets are called worksheets even when don't has any exercises there?
For example some sheets used for further explanations...

I download these "worksheets" from Macmillan website and they always call them worksheet!

I´d call them worksheets too!
