There's no point: nao tem sentido/não adianta

There's no point in crying over spilt milk
Nao adianta chorar por leito derramado.

Outstanding: incrível, fantástico, etc

That was an outstanding basketball game.
Foi um jogo de basquete sensacional.

"There is no point in crying over spilt milk" could also be shortened, leaving out the preposition "there's no point crying over spilt milk" (or for that matter, over any other liquid) :-) I mean, both ways are used.

What we have to remember is to use a gerund verb after the "there is no point". It's a grammar aside worth reminding.

In addition to the above answer, given by Leonardo, another way (this time a bit more slangy): "foi um jogo de basquete fora de série" (fantástico/de outro mundo/fenomenal)...yada yada yada!
