Significado de "gotta-run–type people"

What does "gotta-run-type people" mean? I found this sentence on a book called 'Driven to distraction', about ADHD.

Gotta run - eu tenho que ir (tchau, tchau, estou atrasado ou em cima da hora pra ir pra outro lugar).
Urban Dictionary has an interesting definition: "Gotta run means they got to go as in have to go as in bye."
(tenho que ir como em "tá na minha hora (de ir)" como em tchau tchauuu).

As you read about ADHD, it might be that ADD people are action-oriented and they can´t stop at a place and see what happens, they just can´t. So, they find a new activity or something and then they will say "gotta go, see ya" and then you look at their general direction and "poof" they are gone. So, they are "see ya type of people" or "ciao type of people".

They are always on the move, on the go.

The authors employ a broad, general definition of ADHD - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and continually emphasize the special, positive qualities of those high-energy, action-oriented, bottom-line, gotta-run-type people.
