"(...) It's rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us(...) - that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain."

Para mim parece como cabe a nós. Estaria certo?

I entirely agree with Marcio on that one, but I would like to add some information that I deem important:
The bit "cabe a nós" (it´s rather for us) here is something as opposite to something else. So, if we look closer we will crack the code (find the "something else").

So, it will be it´s "rather for us..." making contrast to "it´s the"
The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract.
...
And then "It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced."

A nós] "
