Since the last time I was here vs I've been here
Olá, gostaria de saber se há alguma diferença no casos das seguintes sentenças:
1) it's been a long time since I was here last/I was here for the las time. Neste caso, ambas significa que durante esse longo período de tempo eu estive ausente, certo ?
2)it's been a long time I've been here/since I'm here
Neste caso significa que neste longo período eu tenho estado presente, certo ?
3)As duas frases dos dois casos estão corretas com o seu significado ?

"It's been a long time since I was here the last time" is simpler, easier to understand (more natural English to me). "It's been a long time since the last time I was here." isn´t grammatically wrong, though. You can use it.
