If + had + past participle, would + have + past participle

Porque o verbo "to study" é regular. Lembre-se que as formas do passado e particípio do passado são iguais nos verbos regulares em inglês.

Sim, em uma tradução literal, "had" é o mesmo que "tivesse", nesse contexto.

If + verb in the past perfect tense + would have + verb in the past participle. Example:

Por que em "had studied" o "studied" está no passado sendo que o "had" também já está no passado? Por que não "If she have studied"?
Numa tradução literal o "had" seria o "tivesse"?
