Em uma lição que eu aprendi tinha la assim, a minha pergunta e no present perfect pode usar this week, this month, this year
You talk about the past, and you talk about when things happened.
You say: this week / this month / this year
I have been to the doctor this week.
He has run every day this month.
She has been to the beach two times this year.
They have felt sick this week.
We have played tennis this month.
You have started swimming this year.
