To get down below: Is it really correct?
Eu assisti a um filme ontem e vi e ouvi a frase "let's get down below", que me fez pensar se o personagem cometeu uma redundância. No português é errado, gramatical e estilisticamente, dizer "descer para baixo".
Aproveitando o tópico, vocês poderiam fornecer algumas redundâncias comuns na língua inglesa? Obrigado.

MELHORE SUA PRONÚNCIA EM INGLÊS
Simon,
Precisamos de um pouco mais de contexto para que possamos dizer se houve redundância ou não. A frase sozinha, "let's get down below", não diz muita coisa, a meu ver.

Abs,
De um outro modo, precisamos acrescentar 'below' para obter um outro significado.
Let's get down. = Vamos nos abaixar, agachar
Let's get down below. = Vamos descer para outro nível/andar/etc.
