Neste fórum uma irlandesa que mora na Austrália deu a seguinte recomendação:

"[...] The most natural things that come to my mind are "I always try to give of my best in..", or "I always try to give the best of myself to ...", or "I always do my best in...". ('to/in everything I do'). N.B. "to give my best shot" is an American term and I wouldn't use it in formal communications."

I´ll do my best is a natural and often used way.

"I will give my best" could be used as well, suggesting some promise. Often "I will give my best to..." (to my company/to my country etc.")

Same remark goes to "I will give the best of myself (to)..."

Anyway, "I´ll do my best" is more used/found than the latter ones. Perhaps because they have a slightly more formal ring to it.
