All x All of: Qual a diferença?
Could you please help me once again! Thank you very much indeed!
- She spent all the money/She spent all of the money
- He drank all the wine/He drank all of the wine
Could you please help me once again! Thank you very much indeed!

Elizete,
No contexto apresentando, não há diferença: "all" pode ser usado como sinônimo de "all of".
She spent all the money = She spent all of the money.
He drank all the wine = He drank all of the wine.
Bons estudos!

All (of) can modify nouns and pronouns.
You can use both all and all of, but you will eventually notice native speakers of English employ all a lot more than all of.
Pollyanna ate all (of) the cake.
All (of) my friends call me a fool.
Before a personal pronoun, however, you use all of.
All of us hail from Brazil.
Aninha did invite all of you.
Maria sent all of them her love.
Mr. Lahr Gatto told all of them to go home.

Now I know "all of you" of english experts can you answer me a question?
I heard we must use "of" between all and a pronoun, is this right?
or have we options?

Claudemir,
Não necessariamente:
All her life: toda a vida dela.
All of you: Todos vocês
All of us: Todos nós
All of them: Todos eles
Boa sorte!

He tried three methods, all of which failed
I have four sons, all of whom are musicians

My house isn't the largest but in my opinion it is the most organized of all.
