I'm rusty --> Eu estou enferrujado

I'm rusty because I haven't spoken English for a long time. --> Eu estou enferrujado porque não falo inglês há muito tempo.

Another tip:

1- to be rusty (intelectualmente) = estar enferrujado:
e.g.:
a) I'm completely rusty. (Fr: je suis complètement rouillé)(Pt:estou completamente enferrujado)
b) My French is getting rusty. (estou a ficar enferrujado no Francês)
c) My German is totally rusty. (estou completamente enferrujado no Alemão)

2- to seize up/to be stiff (físicamente) = estar enferrujado
e.g.:
a) I'm completely seized up. (Fr: je suis complètement rouillé)(Pt:estou completamente enferrujado)
b) My legs are stiff/my legs have seized up. (j'ai les jambes rouillés)(tenho as pernas enferrujadas)

Sources: Dict.: 1- Harrap's Shorter dictionnaire Anglais-Français/Français-Anglais
2- Universal Fundamental Português-Inglês
Literalmente: I'm rusty
Mas se você estiver procurando por algo que signifique que está em má forma, por exemplo, "Estou enferrujado, faz tempo que não jogo futebol.", o correto seria, "I'm out of shape, time does not play football." ;)
Meaning for seize up:(of the parts of a machine) to stop moving or working correctly. 2. if a part of your body seize up, your are unable to move ir easily and it is often painful

Interesting dude! It look like portuguese.
Out of shape também é atribuido, assim como em português para alguém meio gordinho.

You will find that "I am getting rusty" is a little more common than "I am rusty." Why? I have no idea.
Poderia ser "I'm out of touch"?
