Diferença entre: Start Off x Start x Start Out
Também já vi start up e start over.
Start over again é um pleonasmo?

Hello, Liah!
Yes, you can say start over again
Start off= começar, iniciar, iniciar uma viagem
She started off well, but slowed down halfway through the race.( Ela começou bem, mas diminuiu na metade da corrida).
“I suggest we start off early in the morning so we can beat the rush hour traffic”, Robert told Jeremy when they were planning their trip.
Start out= to begin your life, or the part of your life when you work, in a particular way; iniciar a vida, começa.
It's hard to believe she started out as a magician's assistant.
Start up= If a vehicle or engine starts up, or someone starts it up, it starts to work: ligar, dar partida.
The car wouldn't start up this morning.( O carro nao queria ligar nessa manha)
Start up=If a business or other organization starts up, or if someone starts one up, it is created and starts to operate; iniciar negócio, abrir empresa
My dad wants to start up his own company( Meu pai quer abrir sua propria empresa)
Start = começar
When does the game/lecture/movie start? (Quando o jogo/palestra/filme começa?)
Hopefully I have cleared up your doubt, at least to a small degree . And if you got any more question, just fire away!.
Cheers!

Exemplo: "She started well" ao invés de "She started off well"
