Eu posso pedir votos?

O pessoal,

Not to mention that, now my personal view here, the contribution should be voluntary and disinterested. Generally one upvote would be given to the answer that merits it, on the grounds of relevance and being a correct answer.
Not that we couldn´t give a vote to a question that will be helpful to others, even if the answerer is a newbie (here a way of speaking, all members here are additect to English, hee hee), so he will be seen as having relevant contributions as well.
By the way, I think like Thomas, one shouldn´t be worried about votes when studying English or contributing to a Message Board. We participate in the English Message Board and there are no points or rank there, the Mustardland works in pretty much the same way, when someone finds an answer relevant just vote in it. Just a way of acknowleging the accuracy or relevance of the answer.

It´s no criticizing here, our system works this way. I just thought people weren´t that worried about reputation expressed in terms of numbers! Let´s have fun and learn in the process! :-)
It´s my thinking, though.

The important thing is to participate and sometimes help others out in the process.
