Uso de advérbio de frequência em perguntas com o verbo To Be

Hello!
A seguinte frase está correta gramaticalmente?

Are you always at home?
Are you always at your friend's house?

Estou com dúvidas com relação ao uso dos advérbios de frequência em perguntas com o verbo To Be.
Se alguém puder me explicar como funciona...

Thanks a lot.

Os advérbios de frequência seguem a seguinte regra: Em relação ao verbo To Be, eles vem sempre após o verbo. Exemplo: "She is always late", "He is never happy". Enquanto com os demais verbos, os advérbios de frequência vem sempre antes do verbo. Exemplo: "They always go to the beach", We never cook at home". I hope I've helped you..!!
HeI, man.

How are you?

I was studying about this positions. As you've been told, when we are using verb "be", in affirmative statements, we always have to put them after the verb. When it is just a mean verb, we must do the opposite.

With regard to your question, I think it is correct. I don't know why but it sounds more correct than another way.
