Galera, não estou conseguindo traduzir de forma satisfatória a frase:

Russel is possessed by Del, which is really not that bad of a deal.

Esta frase eu retirei de um texto da Billboard sobre a banda Gorillaz. O trecho completo:

Até agora, pelo que sei, "not that bad" é sinônimo de "not too bad"(correto?), porém "not that bad of a deal" não faz sentido para mim.
