I agreed with it, the false cognate has thrown me off the tracks.
Condescending indeed would mean patronising/debasing/superior/demeaning (attitude) in that sentence.

The "condescendente" as per Portuguese meaning, would be "indulgent/lenient/complacent" etc.

So, back to the crux:

Ele tem uma atitude superior/arrogante/paternalista/pretensiosa/míope em relação a/para as mulheres. (quando trata com as mulheres, etc)

Estou farto de sua atitude machista/paternalista/arrogante/soberba/presunçosa/petulante/grosseira, etc. (dependendo do contexto pode ser "malcriada" - não querendo aceita ordens (ou ordens percebidas mesmo não sendo diretamente uma ordem), atrevida, prepotente.)
