A pronúncia de Thigh e Tie é a mesma?

Os dois sons básicos do "TH" (th sound) são tecnicamente chamados de surdo e sonoro.
Surdo é aquele que verificamos em "thank you" é soproso (blow), enquanto o sonoro é o que aparece na palavra "weather" e é vibrante.
