"Would you mind reading my report through to see if I made any mistakes?"
(slangy/colloquial) Pode ler meu relatório para ver se eu fiz algum erro? (significando - para ver se tem). OR
Você pode ler meu relatório para ver se eu fiz algum erro?
Importa-se de ler meu relatório para ver se cometi algum erro?

(more polite/formal) O Senhor poderia ler meu relatório para ver se eu incorri/cometi algum erro?
O Senhor/a Senhora (não se) importaria de ler meu relatório (completamente - se importaria)?

Com "read through" fica implícito que vai ler o relatório todo, "ler completamente", de capa a capa. Inclusive para ver se tem algum erro na própria capa. :-)
Afinal alguém não vai pedir para dar uma "olhadinha" num relatório, pedir apenas para dar uma "passada de vista" de uma forma sintética, resumida e apressada!

On the other hand, you could ruin your hard-earned politeness points should you use instead of "mind you" you saying with all the words that you mean "all of it", etc.:

"Would you mind reading my report, all of it, to see if I made any mistakes?"

"Would you mind reading my report through and through, to see if I made any mistakes?"

"Would you mind reading my report thoroughly, to see if I made any mistakes?"

"Would you mind reading my report in full, to see if I made any mistakes?"


This way, you might the other person think that you are "bossing him/her around", that it seems like an order.
