He doesn’t have any friends. - Tradução em português

Qual a melhor tradução para o modelo: frase negativa + any?

Exemplo: He doesn’t have any friends.

Both translations are correct.
You should read: A Dupla Negativa no inglês.

He doesn't have any friends = He has no friends.
>> Ele não tem nenhum amigo.
>> Ele não tem amigos.
Estaria certo dizer: "he doesn't have friends" ? Usando um exemplo do link que você me enviou: I don’t eat any fruit. / I eat no fruit. Estaria correto dizer: "I don't eat fruit"?

Sim, "he doesn't have friends" e "I don't eat fruit" estão corretas.

Leandro, in a way you can think of "he doesn´t have friends" as "ele não tem amigos." and "he doesn´t have any friends." as "ele não tem nem um amigo" (nem umzinho sequer, ele não tem sequer um amigo".

Of course, you can say that if "he has no friends" OR "he doesn´t have friends" it means that (in practice) he doesn´t have any/doesn´t have a single friend.
But then using ANY you are doing two things:

One - avoiding double negative - a thing that you can in Portuguese but not in English - in Portuguese you can say "ele não tem nenhum amigo", not in English.
And two, you may be adding emphasis - meaning - he doesn´t have a single friend (so he doesn´t have any.) [ele não tem um único amigo/um amigo sequer.]
Whereas with without the word ANY you may be talking in a more general way (ele não tem amigos...).

To illustrate the point, the songwriter here meant that "Octopus has no friends" in a general way. So, it wasn't more emphatic or specifical. Of course, we know that Octopus hasn't any friend but it's his choice (his way of life, let's say so).

Let's say Octopus was trying badly to be noiticed and win friends, thus it wasn't his choice having no friends, so using ANY would denote some emphasis (say, we could be surprised by his effort and the contrast to the end result).

Sometimes "doesn't have any", "have no" and "doens't have" can be used interchangeably in the sense of "não tem" so my above explanation is not a rule set in stone. But not always is the case, so it's good to know it.
