Ex:
"If you just go over to that counter over there, you can pay the amount of the excess baggage charge. Then, just come back here with the receipt and I'll put your bags straight through."

Chances are that in this case "put through" would mean "passar" (passar pela máquina de detecção/raio X, ou algo assim). De modo que "passa" de um lado para o outro.
So, "...and I will put your bags straight through." would mean "...e eu passarei suas bolsas imediatemente/na hora".
You might have already noticed that "put through" [passar] has been modified by the word "straight" (diretamente/na hora/sem demora, etc).
That is, "no momento que você pagar o excesso de bagagem" (e provar/trouxer o comprovante/estiver comprovado) as suas bolsa vão passar [serão passadas] (will be put through.
So, "...and I will put your bags straight through." would mean "...e eu passarei suas bolsas imediatemente/na hora".
