Uso do When com Present Perfect

Sempre me disseram que quando fazemos perguntas sobre o passado usando WHEN nunca deveríamos usar o Present Perfect Tense.

Entretanto encontrei esta pergunta num livro de inglês.

When have you felt insecure because you were a first-timer?

Não seria mais adequado "when did you feel..."

You are right, apparently "when" and the present perfect tense.

*When have you woken up? [* is mentioned as an example of a wrong way] but it explains further "Yet, both the above can be used and can be grammatical in certain contexts depending on the semantics."

Plus, sometimes they don't always use the best grammar ways in interviews, journalese, lyrics or, for that matter, statements from bupoliticians, entertainment people, etc.

Anyway, you won't be sued if you use, just that it's not the usual way. But it can be used, more so outside of the academies/universities walls.

E quando acontece de "when" seguido de present perfect sendo usado para o futuro? Exemplo que encontrei em um filme:
"When we are completed the job, we will reap the benefits."
Achei muito estranho, nunca pensei encontrar o present perfec sendo usado para expressar futuro.
