Não se trata de um verbo frasal!

Hi there!

Complementando, receio que de fato não seja um phrasal verb.
Veja phrasal verbs são combinações de palavras, geralmente verbos e preposições, nas quais a preposição exerce um papel que pode ser o de realçar ou mesmo especificar o uso do verbo ou ainda modificar completamente seu significado.

De acordo com a literatura os principais phasal verbs do verbo inglês "move" são:
Phrasal Verb - Move

Move away: To move away means that you leave one place to go and live in another.
Move in: To start living in a new house. ...
Move on: To change from one thing to the next thing. ...
Move out: To move out means that you leave your home forever. ...
Move over: To move to the side.

Trata-se, portanto, de um caso de uso comum da preposição acompanhando um verbo. Já que estamos falando do verbo mudar ou mover, a preposição "from" indica a direção "de", podendo ser utilizada junto com a preposição "to" com significado de "para". Temos então a tradução:
Mover ... De ... Para...

Alguns exemplos de frases:

"Unsure whether to move away from him or verbally fend him off, she did neither."

"I think it's about time to move him from his cradle to his crib."

"Any time you can move data collection from humans to computers, you get vast improvements in efficiency."

"Any time you can move data processing from intellects to CPUs, you get vast improvements in efficiency."

"As we move out from that defined center, we come to disorders and disabilities—impairments of bodily systems that are brought about by injury, disease, or genetics."

"While he was speaking, the curtain of smoke that had concealed the hollow, driven by a rising wind, began to move from right to left as if drawn by an invisible hand, and the hill opposite, with the French moving about on it, opened out before them."
