No, it is not.

I've grown accustomed to going to bed early/sleeping early.
I've become accustomed to going... etc
I've got used to going... etc

Complemento:

Você poderia dizer "I'm used to going to bed early''. Porém, o sentido é diferente de "I usually go to bed early''.

A frase com "usually" indica frequência.
A frase com "used to" indica que você está acostumado, adaptado.
