Eu só queria saber como eu devo interpretar esse "There"?
Ele foi usado de uma maneira fora da qual eu estou acostumado a vê-lo.
Ele é um advérbio usado no sentido de "lá" (lugar) e também como o verbo "Haver". Se tiver outros sentidos, ficarei grato pela informação.

It´s just for emphasis. And for variety´s sake, you can say Hello! or Hello there!
The same goes to "Thank you very much." and "Thank you very much indeed."
