É algo que você diz quando alguém te chama de alguma coisa. Indica que quaisquer palavras que alguém use na tentativa de te ofender ou insultar, serão rebatidas por você (que é de borracha, lembre-se) e ficarão grudadas na pessoa que tentou te ofender (que, no caso, é a cola).

Trata-se de uma frase típica usada por crianças para se ofenderem umas às outras na escola ou no playground.

Não consigo pensar em nenhum exemplo que traduza isso perfeitamente, mas em linhas gerais seria algo como: "o que vem de baixo não me atinge".

Very good! As Rick pointed out, that expression expresses it well. In that sense of 'whatever names or offensive words won´t faze the speaker. In English the concept goes further - those bad words will bounce off the target and stick to the name-caller or the one used words trying to offend him (the target person).

This reminded a related expression In Portuguese, "eu desejo tudo o que desejares pra mim em dobro" (so, the person will think twice and wish you well).
