Could be:"Eu não sou aquele que iria deixar você me picar agora e então me deixar abandonado/sem socorro."
This because of the poetry of the lyrics, right! Dry has a touch of "helpless" in this way.
You could translate literally:"Eu não sou aquele que iria deixá-lo (la) picar-me agora e então me deixar secar."
But I don't like this at all...
Note> there is an expression:leave high and dry:
1. Fig. to leave someone unsupported and unable to maneuver; to leave someone helpless. All my workers quit and left me high and dry. All the children ran away and left Billy high and dry to take the blame for the broken window.
2. Fig. to leave someone flat broke. Mrs. Franklin took all the money out of the bank and left Mr. Franklin high and dry. Paying the bills always leaves me high and dry.
Pretty cool I guess...
By the way, Happy New Year!!!
