Hi everyone 
Essa expressão aparece em muitos Abstracts, mas nunca vi em português. De primeira, entendo "outcome" como resultado, mas no mesmo Abstract tem "Results"
Ex.: Main Outcomes and Measures: The odds of developing endophthalmitis after an intravitreal injection of bevacizumab compared with ranibizumab.

PS: a maior parte dos resumos em português não são divididos assim, pra mim, soa tão estranho a "redundância".

Outcomes in your example, would mean "consequências/efeitos". In fact, in this one it could be replaced by "side effects" but then the
pharmaceutical industry wouldn´t be happy about it, and perhaps drawing attention to it wouldn´t help with the licensing of the product.
And yes, it means also "resultados'', dependind on the context.
