Notando que, neste caso, só mesmo pra complicar, o sobrenome desse juiz é... Judge... Devido provavelmente a isso, não utilisam "Lord Justice Judge". O título oficial dele é "Lord Chief Justice and President of the Courts of England and Wales," equivalente eu presumo ao presidente do nosso Supremo. Como ele também tem título de nobreza, então "Lord Judge" simplifica o negócio.
