I find it advisable to use a Brazilian address as it is in Portuguese. Not all postmen know English, so when the letter is aswered they might be puzzled with an adress in English wording. The same would be true with an English address, should we translate it in Portuguese and write in a letter to America or other English-speaking country.

You should rewrite "For example, how does the following address should be writing in English?" as "... How should we write the following address...?"
