O presente Trabalho Acadêmico Integrado desenvolvido pela agência de

A agência desenvolveu este trabalho em capítulos,
divididos em sete temas: a organização, mapeamento de públicos, sistema de
comunicação, análise estratégica, pesquisa, diagnóstico e Plano de Comunicação
de Relações Públicas.
Tal divisão torna mais fácil a compreensão do processo de
trabalho da Empresa e seu sistema de comunicação. Além disso, são sugeridas
alternativas capazes de aprimorar os processos já existentes. Por meio do
levantamento de informações e dados adquiridos, foi possível realizar a análise da
realidade da Corsage, avaliando o funcionamento de suas atividades, entendendo
seus pontos fortes e fracos. Essas informações deram a direção para a execução
deste plano, que visa lapidar o relacionamento entre organização e seus públicos
estratégicos, realçando suas potencialidades e corrigindo suas deficiências.
