Until x finish: Como utilizar?
Boa noite,
Como se diz: Ele não jantou até terminar seu trabalho. Seria until finishing, until finished, ou until to finish? Eu tenho a impressão que é until finishing, mas se essa for a alternativa correta, gostaria de saber se depois de until, vier um verbo ele sempre virá com "ing" e porque? Thank you very very much!!!

Ele não jantou até terminar seu trabalho.
He didn't have dinner until he finished his work.
Ela não parou até encontrar o mouse.
She didn't stop until she found the mouse.
>> O mais comum é UNTIL + pronome + verbo: until I, you, he, she, we, etc + finished, found, got, noticed, etc. Não costumo ver ou usar "until + verbo + ING".
