Sobre a frase: I just wanna lay in my bed

Grammarly correct it should be "lie in bed". But in this particular case they use "lay" regardless of whether it is right or wrong. So, okay with it, you are forgiven if you use it, it's the new normal. :-)

Academically, be aware that the proofreader may expect a "...to lie in bed", though. Lay would be a past form.
If, at the time, you get confused about which to use (per grammar rules) you can always use "I just want to stay in bed."

By learning that "lay" usage works in such a way in practice, you don't get 'surprised' by it. And in music is a sure thing, perhaps because they have "mixed feelings" about the word 'lie" (it would lead to more ambiguities).
