Há alguma situação que posso usar por exemplo: I be, You be e etc?

Pelo menos em duas delas você pode:

"I suggest that you be careful with other verbs" = "... That you are..."

"... I requested that I be assigned kitchen detail for the duration of my stay" = "... Requested to be..."

No mais, sugiro uma busca no Google por "that you be", "that they be", "that he be", "that she be", "that we be" e "that they be".
