An expression close to those ones is "living the life of Riley" (in the sense of one having a time in life whitout much worries, or enjoying himself, or even having the time of his/her life...).

Enjoying life, is another good expression. I will be waiting for (new) slangs, though. Those were really very good ones!
Thanks a lot, PPAULO. I really didn't know the phrase "live the life of Riley". I googled it and found out that it comes to someone who has an easy and comfortable life. In Portuguese, it would be like "ter a vida que pediu a Deus". Maybe you're willing to give us synonyms for veg out and laze away.

How about "living it up"?
