I learned that Hospitality can be a branch of the service sector, with the sub-branches of entertainment and accomodation. It´s the so-called hospitality industry.

Perhaps you meant that, or perhaps you meant that the staff, receptionist, employees, having the quality of "making you feel welcome".
I offered a description, for lack of a word right now, but others certainly will find it for us - perhaps even "hospitality" itself, but I thought you would appreciate to know that use of the term.
Ah, "hospitality" and/or "warmth" could really be used, but perhaps some rephrasing should be done to avoid confusion with the hospitality sector.

Neste caso, me parece que "hospitality" é mesmo "hospitalidade": a forma como recebemos um convidado ou uma visita e não indústria hoteleira.

When it´s stated that "the marketing in the hospitality business" one may (or may not) be led to think about the hospitality industry.
Anyway, yes, it can be understood this way from the first paragraph.
From the very entry Hospitality on Wikipedia one could think of it as an intersection with the modern monetized counterpart..., until he comes to the Lois Chevalier part.

It was supposed to be a text about the marketing in the hospitality industry. I failed to be clear because of my lack of vocabulary. But I have learned some new vocabulary know.
