No Brasil temos vários.

You might want to read: You're an all-day muncher.

In addition to the thread, I would like to point out that an all-day muncher is something we say in Brazil 'uma pessoa que come o tempo todo (o dia todo, se quiser pensar assim).

The example in the thread could, may lead us to think that an all-day muncher doesn't automatically gain weight.
An all-day muncher is "uma pessoa que come o tempo todo/o dia todo" .Certainly used for emphasis there, the thread states that she 'is always eating', it may or may not be just a perception.
Back to the crux, an all-day muncher can be someone that gains weight or not. Hence the 'extra information' there that "she is always eating but maintains a steady weight."
Granted, it's sometimes people makes association with the notion of 'steady weight' because usually people use the expression at the moment of getting appaled by others being able to eat 'all the time' and keep a trim figure (like the character 'Jughead' Jones.

Planning to start eating more healthily? Are you an all-day-muncher? Do you wish you could eat up to your filling while still keeping your calories intake low? Then let’s talk cucumber.
It packs a punch of healthy nutrients in addition to it’s high water content and long satiety ability. The cucumber is made up of 95% water, cucumbers are naturally low in calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium.
From the Internet.
A piece of advice to the ones that are always eating. To replace bags of crisps (the salty and fatty ones) and other junk foods. Could be also fruits, greenies, etc.
