Como diriam, "Eu sou inocente, e você ainda não percebeu."
Seria naive? Parece que naive é mais no sentido de acreditar em tudo que lhes falam... Tem alguma outra forma?

If you are easily deceived you are a "gullible/naive" (or more colloquially or in a derogatory way- a sucker). Naive in the sense of easily deceived or impressioned.
Sometimes people by realizing that got scammed (for illustration's sake here) they would say "I am such stupid/I am so silly!" or others as well referring to you: Multi-level market schemes... You are so silly!. (in the sense of "sabe de nada inocente!", sort of.
