Para dizer ''descontar a raiva, frustração, etc em alguém'', podemos usar ''to take the anger, frustration, etc out on somebody''. Confira os exemplos de uso.
a. She always takes her anger out on her brother. (Ela sempre desconta a raiva no irmão.)
b. I know you're angry, but don't take it out on me! (Eu sei que você está com raiva, mas não desconta em mim.)

Ex: John worked off his anger on the poor dog.
to take it out to (someone)
Ex: I'm sorry that Santa Claus didn't come to your place, but don't take it out on me.
