Be quiet or Stay quiet?

Could be that someone likes to hang out or socialize, while others like to be still (or it's an indoor person or even a recluse, likes to spend time at home), etc.
'Hang out' would suggest going out with one or a few friends, etc. With 'Socialize' I thought of a person being a "social butterfly/social person/outgoing person".

Use adjetivos/antônimos, que o baile segue no mesma toada, tipo: He's talkative > < reserved.
