Hello, How're y'all doin? Folks, Are these forms above right? I've heard people saying / wiər/(like uíar) and /wɪər. And sometimes it really sounds like Were, Doesn't it?

When spoken clearly, the pronunciation is as in near (/nɪər/ or / niər/, depending on the region/accent).
If spoken more quickly, it can sound more like the vowel in her or were, so the pronunciation may be closer to /wɜr/
