Hello, I'd like to know why at the second example, it was used the preposition "for" instead of "to".
"Have you ever wondered about his reasons to want this money?"
Is there some difference between them?

Thank you for the answer, Ricardo...
My question is about the reason of using the preposition "for" instead of "to" in your sentence. That's because I learned that before verbs we should use "to". Is there some specific reason/rule for using gerund in the sentence?
