You hope! - any extra examples?

Hey, guys!
I’ve been studying for the CAE exam and today I heard something on a listening activity that got me thinking.

I had to identify that two people agreed on something and the expression that was supposed to spot that on was “You hope!”, although I’ve never listened to that before today.

I did some quick research online, but couldn’t find anything... So, according to the context, I got to the conclusion it is something like an exclamation, but I’m not sure...

Anyway, I was hoping any of you could give me a hand.
