There are two possibilities here:
"I'm passionate about England, its culture, art and so much more, "
"I'm passionate about England, its culture, art and so much more, "
The first meaning the writer is fond of England's culture and art.
The second sentence, to my thinking, would be that the interests of the author are things like culture, art and so much more, along with all things England.
Here culture, art, for instance, not necessarily the British culture and art, could be art and culture in general.

Actually I meant:
"I'm passionate about England, its culture, art and so much more, "
Vs
"I'm passionate about England, culture, art and so much more, "
Granted, the orignal post had "the culture" that somehow "links" it to England, so we could think of the culture of England. But some readers could think it a bit ambiguous.
I think "its" sounds/seems more idiomatic, then "art and mouch more" working as a parallell structure (that is, we think of "its art and so much more").
Excuse me for repeating the first sentence verbatim in my example from the previous reply.
