The Last time that I hurt myself I was in my house washing my motorcycle, so I cut my finger, bacause I was washing quicky, than i washed my hand with water and soap. This day I was alone in my house.

A última vez que me machuquei eu estava em minha casa lavando minha moto, então contei meu dedo, pois estava lavando muito rápido, então eu lavei minha mão com água e sabão. Esse dia eu estava sozinho em casa.

The Last time I hurt myself I was at home when I was washing my motorcycle. I cut my finger, because I was in a haste and got careless. Then I washed my hand with water and soap. That day there was nobody home, I was by myself.

Others volunteers certainly will improve it. I tinkered (changed) your text a bit, anyway others may bring it back to the original way, at least parts of it.
It´s not that it was wrong, just that my choosing of words was different.
