Meu nome é Roldan Alencar, tenho 33 anos, estou noivo e não tenho filhos. Nasci e cresci em Campo Grande, capital do estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, mas atualmente moro em Brasília, Distrito Federal.
Sou formado em direito pela UFMS (universidade federal de mato grosso do sul), tenho especialização em direito constitucional pela Escola Superior do Ministério Público do Estado de Mato Grosso e, atualmente, sou mestrando do programa de Governança e Desenvolvimento da ENAP (ESCOLA NACIONAL DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA).
Atuei como advogado exclusivamente na área privada de 2013 a 2018. Todavia, desde 2019, iniciei minha carreira como analista de políticas indigenistas na FUNAI (Fundação Nacional dos Povos Indígenas). O objetivo desse órgão público federal é proteger e promover os direitos dos povos originários no Brasil. Através dessa jornada, tenho a honra de contribuir para a preservação da cultura, dos direitos territoriais e da dignidade dessa parcela tão importante da nossa população.

I have a law degree by the UFMS (Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul), I have a specialization in Constitutional Law from the ESMP-MT (School of the Public Prosecution of Mato Grosso state) and, currently, I'm doing a master's degree in the Governance and Development program at ENAP (National School of Public Administration).
I worked as a lawyer exclusively in the private area from 2013 to 2018. However, since 2019, I started my career as an analyst of indigenous policies at FUNAI (National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples). The purpose of this federal public body is to protect and promote the rights of indigenous peoples in Brazil. Through this journey, I am honored to contribute to the preservation of the culture, territorial rights and dignity of this very important part of our population.
