In writing, no, formally it does not exist. But, you will find it written when the author is quoting someone's speech, and trying to authentically capture an accent/dialect that blurs those sounds. And, while speaking, these sounds are frequently blurred in many accents and colloquial forms of English. So, in that sense, yes, it does exist.
