ou
My friend and me live in São Paulo.
Quando que eu uso o Me nesses casos ?

Olá Mackvader,
Existe alguma discondância a respeito deste assunto,gramaticalmente falando "My friend and I live in São Paulo" fica melhor.Quando houver um verbo depois da segunda parte fica melhor assim:
A)My mother and I like it.
B)My teacher and I know that.
Mas existem exceções como na música" you and me ain´t nothing but mammals..."Me parece uma opção bem informal.

Grammar point – ‘I’ or ‘me’ with another person
Fabiana and I subject of the verb
Fabiana and me object of the verb or after a preposition
(n.b. always put the other person first. To check if it is ‘I’ or ‘me’, try the same idea with just one person (use ‘I’ or ‘me’ to see which sounds correct).
e.g. Fabiana and I went to the Louvre.
(check: I went to the Louvre
AND NOT Me went to the Louvre)
You didn’t send Fabiana and me a postcard from England.
(Check: You didn’t send me a postcard from England
AND NOT You didn’t send I a postcard from England)

Muitas pessoas consideram como incorreta essa colocação do 'me' na frente, porém é utilizada também.
No espanhol, que é minha língua materna, nunca se usa você antes da pessoa como na frase "I and Clark", porque os 'burros' nunca vão na frente hehehehe
Eu sempre uso o que o Tim fez, é perfeito!
