I have one doubt in relation a passive voice.
In my book, there is a topic about 'Omission of by'...
There are many examples of how omit 'by', but if I have the following sentences:
The bill must be paid by him before December.
Beautiful pictures used to be painted by him.
How do I know if I can omit it?
What are the rules?

Dicas:
Você omite "by" na voz passiva somente quando não menciona quem é o autor.
Na voz ativa:
''He must pay the bill before December.''
''He used to paint beautiful pictures.''
