I never know when to use "in" or "on" when talking about systems.
For example:
- You can search it on the XKARS system. / You can search it in the XKARS system.
- I uploaded all documents on XKARS. / I uploaded all documents in XKARS.

Dicas:
De uma maneira geral, a preposição "on" é usada com meios de comunicação (on the radio, on TV, on the cellphone, on the intercom, on the internet, on the computer, etc).
No caso de system, no entanto, a preposição "in" é melhor do que "on".
You can search for it in the XKARS system.

Não. Em relação a sites, use "on":
On the site, on the Web site.
On the site, on the Web site.
