Delvo escreveu:Olá pessoa,
Minha duvida esta no tipo de formaçao das frases a seguir : Estariam elas erradas ?
"I has lived there since 1990"
"I has lived there for 19 years ago "
"I has lived there since 19 years ago"

I've lived there for twelve years.
I lived there twelve years ago.

Não se usa HAS para pessoa que não seja na terceira do singular:
I HAVE;
YOU HAVE;
HE HAS;
SHE HAS;
IT HAS;
WE HAVE;
YOU HAVE;
THEY HAVE.

Formas Contraídas:
'VE para HAVE;
'S para HAS.

Se precisar de mais informações, diz aí.

Amigos o correto não seria :
"I have lived there since 1990"
"I have lived there for 19 years ."
"I lived there 19 years ago" (ago não indicaria o tempo,nesse caso não teria a necessidade do uso do present perfect).

I have lived there since 1990.(Eu moro lá desde 1990.)
I have lived there for 19 years.(Eu moro lá há 19 anos.)
I lived there 19 years ago.(Eu morei lá 19 anos atrás.)

Mais exemplos:

a)She has lived there since 1990.
b)She has lived there for 19 years.
c)She lived there 19 years ago.
